Then the work began, with the most efficient crew around. Martin was the project manager and from the start to the end we were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, not to mention his attention to detail. Both brothers got involved with the work, which was most impressive. The entire crew did a superb job and their quality of work was outstanding.
As soon as the job started, we were provided with online access to their website so we could track all aspects of the project, such as scheduling plans, invoicing, updates to project changes, documents relating to the project as well as daily work logs. You felt like you were always in the loop.
As the project progressed, they detected a few problems with our existing framework. At all times they took the time to explain the options in depth and cost factors so we could decide on how to move forward.
